Possesses significant experience in dealing with SME sector clients particularly in the technology, retail, independent schools and professional partnership (solicitors, doctors and dentists) sectors.
Highly experienced in financial due diligence reviews and providing transactional support for businesses.
BACKGROUND
Hiten trained and qualified with Haines Watts joining PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1999 as a manager in the London office until 2002.
He then joined Numerica (Latterly Vantis) as an Associate Director in the Sales & Marketing Group specialising in Business Development.
Joined Haslers Business Services Group as a Partner in November 2007.
QUALIFICATIONS
Read Economics/Political Science at Loughborough University.
Qualified as Chartered Certified Accountant in 1996 and advanced to fellowship in 2002.
PERSONAL
Hiten is an ardent cricket fan but some would say a fan of all sports.
