A Management Buy-In is similar to a Management Buy-Out (“MBO”) except that the management team comes from outside the target business and as such does not have the comprehensive knowledge of the particular business that an MBO management team has.
Once we have had an opportunity to understand your business and the objectives of the owners, we will advise you on all of the important issues associated with raising finance, including how much to raise and the most appropriate source of funds.
